This page explains how MMHandyman handles information submitted through the website and the terms that apply to project requests.

Information you submit

A project request includes your name, ZIP code, preferred contact details, task description and any photos you choose to upload. These are stored to let MMHandyman assess and respond to your request. Do not submit payment information, door codes, identification documents or other sensitive details.

Access and delivery

Project records and photos are restricted to authorized owners. Configured email notifications may contain your project and contact details; photos are accessed through the protected owner area. Infrastructure and, when enabled, email providers process information needed to operate these features. Automatic SMS is not enabled.

Reviews

Your public name, rating, review and optional photos may be published after a spam and privacy check, along with Mark’s reply. Only upload content you have permission to share. Ratings are not grounds for hiding a review. Imported reviews must identify and link to their original source.

No booking or payment commitment

Submitting a request does not reserve an appointment, confirm a price or authorize work. Scope, materials, applicable requirements, estimate and timing must be agreed with Mark. This is not an emergency service.

Storage and controls

Your unfinished project list is stored on your device. Submitted records and photos remain in protected storage until removed by an authorized owner. You may request correction or deletion by contacting MMHandyman.
